The body of journalist Grant Wahl, who died suddenly in Qatar during the World Cup, has returned to the United States, according to People magazine.

US authorities confirmed that the plane carrying the sportscaster arrived at John F. Kennedy International Airport at 8:30 on Monday morning.
The victim’s brother said via his social media that a full autopsy will be performed in the coming days.
Initially, Eric Wahl hinted that his brother’s death was not an accident.
However, just days before his death, Grant said he had contracted bronchitis.
