The bodies of two victims of the Pemalang toll road accident were brought to the TvOne office

Two members of the TvOne crew who died in an accident on the Pemalang Toll Road, Central Java (Central Java), were returned to Jakarta this evening. Before being taken to the funeral home, both groups will be taken to the TvOne office for a final procession of respect.

Alwan Syahmidi (41) and Marwan (51) were the two who died who were taken from Islamic Hospital Al Ikhas Pemalang to Jakarta. This was disclosed by the Chief Director (Director) of TvOne, Taufan Eko Nugroho.

“Especially for the late Pak Marwan and Alwan, God willing, after this (they will be taken) immediately to Jakarta to Pulo Gadung, TvOne office,” Taufan said when he met with journalists in front of the body screening room at the Al Ikhas Islamic Hospital, Pemalang, Thursday afternoon (31/10).

Taufan said TvOne staff would pray for the bodies of Marwan and Alwan together. After that, their bodies are delivered to their funeral homes.

“God willing, we will pray with the TvOne workers, then they will be released to their families in Depok and Bekasi,” he said.

Another deceased victim, a driver named Sunardi (48), was immediately taken to his hometown in Magetan, East Java.

“God willing, Mr. Sunardi, the driver of the crew where the accident happened, will be sent to Magetan. His relatives are waiting there. We also want to meet (Sunardi’s) relatives, but because we have to go to Jakarta, maybe another time we will go there,” said Taufan.

As previously reported, the TvOne team car was badly damaged after being hit by a Rosalia box truck on the Pemalang-Batang toll road Km 315 Line A, Thursday (31/10) at around 06.45 WIB.

The fatal accident happened on the toll road in Karangasem Village, Petarukan District, Pemalang Regency. The white car with plate number B 1048 DKG in which the TvOne television crew was traveling was rammed by a box truck when it stopped on the shoulder of the road.

The Head of Public Relations of the Central Java Regional Police (Central Java), Kombes Artanto, explained from the confession of the box truck driver, that he was trying to avoid the blowing vehicle in front of him. Unfortunately, the truck then hit the TvOne team car which was stopped on the side of the road.
