Managed by two lawyers forming an alliance between advice and business litigation, the law firm B&O LEGAL is a “boutique” type business firm which aims to be the business partner of companies.
B&O LEGAL advises and defends companies by offering them a full service offer: from company law to employment law, including commercial law and business criminal law.
Master Kahina Bennour was sworn in in 2013 and has a strong experience in business litigation which she acquired through her experience as a legal assistant and in the litigation department of leading law firms.
She also worked as a lawyer at Société Générale where she had to lead debt restructuring negotiations and manage the procedural strategy in debt recovery cases in cases of high financial stake for the bank.
Master Aisha Ouzar was sworn in in 2015 and has developed in-depth expertise in business law advice. With several years of experience in leading Anglo-Saxon firms, Maître Ouzar has developed in-depth expertise in financing and restructuring.
Maître Ouzar also worked in London in a leading investment bank, which allows him to better understand international issues and to negotiate transactions in French and English.
