Assault in nightlife – witnesses wanted
WURZBURG/CENTRE. In the night from Saturday to Sunday, around 4:05 a.m., there was mutual bodily harm in Gothengasse. One of those involved was brought to the ground when a group of four other people joined the argument. The unknown perpetrators kicked the victim who was lying on the ground. Employees of the security service at the Odeon disco settled the dispute. The attackers then fled the scene of the crime. The victim suffered multiple facial injuries and was taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
One of the perpetrators was estimated to be about 30 years old, 1.80m – 1.85m tall, wore a green T-shirt/hoodie and light-colored jeans with white sneakers. The other suspects, who stepped on the injured party, had a southern appearance. In addition, one of the perpetrators was wearing a red jacket. Another aggressor wore a white jacket.

Traffic accident – truck comes off the road
WURZBURG/HEIDINGSFELD. On Saturday, around 08:10 a.m., a traffic accident occurred on the B19 in the direction of Giebelstadt. The driver of a tractor unit, who lives in Würzburg, came off the road to the left in a right-hand bend due to the snow-covered road. The tractor unit came to a standstill in the ditch there, in the opposite direction of travel, while the trailer was parked across the roadway. The driver of the vehicle was seriously injured and had to be taken to a local hospital for further treatment. The roadway was closed for about three hours for the purpose of recording the accident and salvage work. A diversion by the Ochsenfurt road maintenance department has been initiated.
Traffic accident escape – witnesses wanted
WURZBURG/HEIDINGSFELD. On Saturday evening, around 6:00 p.m., a driver with his Audi car tried to overtake the driver of a Skoda on the A3, just before the Heidingsfeld exit. Both drivers left the autobahn to drive onto the B19 in the direction of Würzburg. On the B19, near the Heidingsfeld exit, the Audi driver attempted another overtaking manoeuvre. This resulted in a collision between the two vehicles. Without stopping, the Audi driver continued his journey in the direction of Würzburg.

E-scooter drunk offenses
WURZBURG/URBAN AREA. In the night from Saturday to Sunday, three drunk drivers in small electric vehicles were found in the city area as part of traffic controls, who were driving independently of each other in the city area. The affected drivers were forbidden to continue driving. Breath alcohol levels ranged from 0.32 mg/l to 0.52 mg/l. It is pointed out that when driving the so-called e-scooters, the same alcohol limits apply as when driving a car.
Burglary in bakery – daily takings stolen
WURZBURG – DOWNTOWN. There was a burglary in a bakery branch in the street “Zwinger” between Friday 4:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. The previously unknown perpetrator broke the door to the bakery and stole the cash from the safe and cash register. The perpetrator was then able to escape unnoticed. The investigations in this case took over the Kripo Würzburg.
At around 8:00 a.m., a passer-by noticed the broken glass pane of the bakery and called the police. The alarmed patrol of the Würzburg City Police Inspectorate found that a previously unknown perpetrator had smashed the window and thus entered the branch. There he opened the safe and stole the cash from both the safe and the till.
The Würzburg Criminal Police Office took over the further investigations and is also relying on clues to clarify the crime. Witnesses who made unusual observations from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning or who saw suspicious people in the vicinity of the bakery are asked to contact the police on Tel. 0931/457-1732.

hit-and-run
Kist, district of Wü – On Saturday evening at around 7:45 p.m. there was an incident in the area of
Connection point Gerchsheim and the state road 578 to a traffic accident. A
Car drivers wanted to enter the state road from the BAB 81 and collided
here with a panel van which in the direction of travel Kist on the state road
was on the way. Both drivers made an appointment to settle the accident
in a nearby commuter parking lot. The van driver came
but not to the agreed meeting point at the commuter parking lot. One
Damage settlement could therefore not take place. The damage to the car amounts to
estimated at around 2,000 euros and is located on the right front of the vehicle.

Accident without a driver’s license
Prosselsheim, district of Wü – On Saturday morning around 4:00 a.m. it came

Assault in nightlife
WURZBURG/CENTRE. In the night from Friday to Saturday, around 1:10 a.m., there was a physical injury in the Juliuspromenade. A 22-year-old man from the Main-Spessart district was struck down by a hitherto unknown perpetrator. The victim, who was briefly unconscious on the ground, sustained a head injury and had to be taken to a clinic.
