The delivery ceremony took place this Tuesday, with the presence of the president of the association Julio García Villajos, who delivered the Gotito to the councilor for the Hidrahúlico Cycle, Javier Ortega, and the manager of Aguas de Alcázar, José Antonio Fernández.
Aguas de Alcázar has financed the cards that the association gives to its partners and donors and will promote a campaign for its workers to donate blood next week.
Javier Ortega has valued the work of the donors association for so many years and has called for donations in this period of pandemic and Christmas in which solidarity is more necessary than ever, pointing out that “solidarity is also donating blood because life is donated ”. Likewise, Ortega has shown his satisfaction for the economic collaboration of Aguas de Alcázar and for the donation campaign of its workers.
In this sense, the manager of Aguas de Alcázar, highlighted “the daily work of the association of blood donors, especially in this time of pandemic. We are going to collaborate economically and above all with the best we have, our blood ”.
