In two seasons of the popular TV 2 series “The Bloggers”, viewers have gotten to know Linnea Løtvedt (22) from Haugesund.
In recent years, the 22-year-old has had a meteoric career, where she has, among other things, managed to publish a book, gained tens of thousands of followers on social media, and participated in several TV and podcast concepts.
– There was a lot of hate
This autumn, she is also among those who can walk away with the prize for “Newcomer of the Year” at the Se og Hør Reality Awards – an award ceremony she believes helps to break down taboos that still surround the industry.

– An award ceremony we need
– It’s really cool, and I’m really looking forward to this year’s award ceremony! I was present during the Reality Awards last year, but then I was only invited as a guest.
– What do you think about the fact that you are on the nomination lists this year?
– It’s really gorgeous! It’s an award ceremony we need in Norway, and it’s so nice to see that we’ve gotten there that reality participation is no longer frowned upon, but rather praised a little. And then I think it makes it easier for more people to dare to participate in things when participation on TV becomes a little more … normalized, if that makes sense.

– Please elaborate?
– Haha, I can only speak for myself, but I felt a kind of belonging during last year’s event. It is very open-minded and nice, and you get recognition for the work you do. Because participating in reality shows is a job. It is sometimes a strain to have a camera so close, and it takes its toll to open up in front of everyone. It should not be overlooked.

– But do you think you will win?
– I dare not speculate on that. I think it’s crazy fun that I’ve been invited and nominated. Should it turn out that I actually walk away with the prize in addition, it will just be a bonus.
