The Argentine Association of Theater Entrepreneurs (AADET) released during the weekend the predictable, but still chilling official figures of the theatrical activity during the summer season in Mar del Plata and Villa Carlos Paz. Due to the pandemic, the Buenos Aires square worked 93.7% less than in 2020. In Mar del Plata and with a capacity of 30% there were only 6.29% of spectators of those who attended theaters the previous year and 77.81% less than functions, despite the fact that the price of the seats fell 23.67%. With the rooms enabled up to 50% in Villa Carlos Paz, 56.10% of spectators attended of those who had attended in 2020 but there were a greater number of functions (25.48%) with tickets that were charged 29.91% more expensive.
