publishing house SNOW announced the re-release of the dark fantasy action game on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One consoles Blade of Darkness.
The game is available for purchase in digital format at a price $14,99.
The updated version received support for widescreen screens with resolutions up to 4Knew screen settings and improvements in overall stability, but in terms of gameplay, content and storyline, it remains intact, retaining all the features of the original.
Also simultaneously with the release on Xbox and PlayStation, the developers released a major patch for the PC version of the Blade of Darkness re-release, which appeared in Steam and GOG back in October 2021.
The update added improved textures, a redesigned camera with the ability to freely look around out of combat, improved controller support, and new visual features, including better anti-aliasing, HDR, bloom, SSAO, and motion blur. In addition, bugs in the save system were fixed, massive work was done to fix problems throughout the game and added support Steam Deckpending approval from Valve.
