The duo The Black Keys is back with a new special album, “Delta Kream”, a tribute to Blues music. If we will have to wait a few months to see them in concerts in a hall or in a festival, we can go and listen to the livestream offered by the streaming platform Spotify on May 27, 2021.

The Black Keys recorded their concert in a place the duo are fond of: The Blue Front Cafe, mythical place of live blues music located in Mississippi. Because that’s where the blues comes from, the music Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney love and which has guided them throughout their careers. In their new album, “Delta Kream”, the duo cover tracks from Junior Kimbrough, RL Burnside, John Lee Hooker, Fred McDowell, Ranie Burnette and Joseph Lee Williams. We are transported to the dustiest of ‘juke-joints’ (The Blue Front Cafe) for a homecoming that will be good for more than one.
