The Black Book of Genocide on HotDoc.History on Sunday 11/8 with Documento – 2024-08-05 12:48:08

It was the patriots who christened themselves “nationalists” and everyone else “miasmas”. They were the dosilogos who collaborated with the conquerors in the Occupation. After the liberation, they tried and executed the “EAM Bulgarians”, who had resisted the Nazis. And they filled Greece with Makronisia to instill nationalism with fire and iron.

In the 100-page book of HotDoc.History re-released on Sunday, August 11 with Documento, we debunk the ideology of those who turned an existing socio-political opposition into an imaginary and post-democratic national division.

We photograph at least three politicians of the “healthy faction” who served as ministers, respectively Ioannis Metaxas, Konstantinos Karamanlis and Georgios Papadopoulos! Without counting the dozens of MPs – coming from the “Security Battalions” – who have served “nationalism” in all its forms over time.

We name those who were recruited by the ERE (G. Georgalas, Savvas Konstantopoulos, Theofylaktos Papakonstantinou and other professional Sovietologists) to face the rise of the EDA in 1958 but they worked for the overthrow of the cachectic democracy and paved the way for the junta. And then they served her tragicomic propaganda.

We reveal the destructive role of the Throne and the suspicions of the Allies who sent Frederick and Paul to South Africa throughout the Second World War. We expose the god-worshippers who did not hesitate to instrumentalize the governing Church as the “right hand of the Lord”.

A book as relevant as ever as the electoral hysteria against the Prespa Agreement is fresh in the memory. After being denounced as “treasonous” – and becoming an electoral springboard for a return to power – it was then fully recognized as beneficial for Greece.
