The victims binary option Binomial is struggling to take legal proceedings for the losses suffered. They also plan to hold a demonstration in a number of related institutions.
The lawyer for the victim of Binomo, Finsensius Menndrofa, said that this effort to convey his aspirations was aimed at guarding the related case Binomial which has been reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. Do not let the victims who are struggling to get justice instead be criminalized.
“The victim plans to go to the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR), the Ombudsman and related state institutions so that this case is monitored, so that the victims don’t get criminalized, especially since Indra Kenz has a lot of money,” said Finsensius Menndrofa in response to Indra Kenz’s report on his client, Maru Nazara, Monday. Finsensius said victim Binomial also plans to hold a demonstration at the National Police Headquarters, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. The action was taken to ask the police to immediately process reports against the Binomo application and its affiliates.
“In addition, the victim has plans to hold a demonstration at the National Police Headquarters in the near future so that there will be a clear spot for the perpetrators of this alleged fraud, fake news, and gambling,” he said.
Finsensius says there are hundreds korban Binomo which is planned to join the demonstration by adjusting the PPKM level 3 DKI Jakarta rules. His party will take care of licensing demonstrations this week.
“The plan is hundreds, yes, but the permit will be adjusted from the Police. Because it is PPKM level 3, we will also consult with the demo permit section at Police Headquarters or at Polda Metro. This week the permit will be submitted (to Polda Metro Jaya),” he said. .
Response to Indra Kenz’s Report
Maru Nazara is one of the victims of Binomo who has reported to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police. In the midst of seeking justice, Maru Nazara was reported by crazy rich Medan, Indra Kesuma or who is usually called Indra Kenz.
According to Finsensius, the report Indra Kenz against his client, Maru Nazara, did not frighten other victims of Binomo. He said the reporting brought Binomo victims together.
“Hearing that victims will be reported will make the victims even more angry and more united,” said Finsensius.
He admitted that he would fight against the reporting made by Indra Kenz against his client. He believes the Police will be objective in handling the case.
“If it is related to Indra Kenz’s report to our client, we must oppose it, later the public will judge for themselves,” he said.
“We believe that the National Police under the leadership of the National Police Chief will now be objective in handling the Binomo and affiliate cases,” he said.
