In commemoration of the forty-sixth anniversary of the Glorious Green March, the Association of Friends of Motorcyclists of the Fez-Meknes Region, in partnership with the Regional Blood Transfusion Center of Fez, organized a blood donation drive.
This blood drive was organized on Saturday, November 6 at the Parc Champ de Course-Fez under the theme: “Motorcyclist spirit, values of patriotism”. The goal of this blood donation campaign is to replenish the stocks of the blood transfusion center across the region in this time of health crisis.
In a statement, the president of the Association des Amis Motards Fès-Meknès, Badr Berrada welcomed the organization and the success of this campaign which, once again, demonstrated the cohesion and mobilization of all the components of Moroccan society for blood donation.
This initiative was not limited to Fez, because this campaign was marked by the adhesion of bikers from different regions of the Kingdom, thus making it possible to increase blood stocks throughout the country and thus save lives.
The National Center for Blood Transfusion and Hematology took the opportunity to appeal to all citizens to mobilize for blood donation in the coming days, but also on a regular basis throughout the year.
