He noticed that this complex composition created increasingly complex unions. For example, Russia, China and Iran competing with the US in the Middle East.

“This article is about the fact that, despite all American efforts, an alternative global leadership of Russia and China is being formed. And this phrase most accurately characterizes the fear that our enemy now possesses,” he stated.
