Al-Marsad Newspaper: Kuwaiti content maker and health caretaker Suleiman Al-Manea revealed the best way to walk for diabetics, pressure patients, obesity, and those suffering from stomach problems.

Al-Manea said, through a video of him on the “Tik Tok” application: If you eat any meal, walk immediately after it for 10 minutes, and thus lower the blood sugar level better than walking for half an hour.

And he continued: It also lowers the level of pressure, reduces weight, protects you from stomach problems, improves digestion, and burns more calories.
