Then, milk, such as cheese, yogurt, ice cream; egg; meats, including sausage, bacon, corned beef, meat pies, chicken nuggets, and fish ham in batter or breadcrumbs; as well as fast food. Those with the healthiest diets were mostly women, the elderly, and health workers.
