# Chris Middleton – Milwaukee Bucks

2022-23 stats: 15.1 points at 43.6% shooting, 4.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists

Statut : Unrestricted agent

Wow. Khris Middleton has decided to refuse his player option at just over 40 million dollars to test the market. Finally test… The boy is just doing this to negotiate a better contract with the Bucks, where he has had a key role for several seasons and where he still pocketed a beautiful NBA title. But WD-40 (yes, that’s one of his nicknames) should extend with Milwaukee for a contract less than the 177.5 million over five years signed in 2019. Indeed, according to rumors, we should reach a deal over four seasons for $ 130 million, enough to reduce the Bucks’ expenses to recruit effectively and more this summer. Afterwards, franchises discuss with Mr. Middleton to offer him the biggest jackpot of his life, like the Rockets, who are on all the biggest files of the summer transfer window and who intend to spend their 60 million cap space. But the task of finding Khris from Wisconsin is going to be hard, very hard.

# Cameron Johnson – Brooklyn Nets

Stats 2022-23: 15.5 points at 47% shooting including 40.4% from distance, 4.4 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.2 interceptions

Statut : Restricted agent

Arrived from Phoenix in February, Cam Johnson becomes a restricted free agent this summer. This means the Nets have the ability to match any offer made to their player. to keep it. And if there is one who wants the former UNC to stay in Brooklyn, it is his teammate at the Suns and new franchise player, Mikal Bridges. The Nets intend to make a good offer to Cam, with an 84 million contract over four years. Which would be a nice raise after his rookie contract. But many franchises are on this file, including the Pistons. Their 30 million cap space for this summer allow them to be aggressive on this Free Agency with a four-year contract amount of 100 million dollars. Not sure the Nets can retaliate with the same offer, but they will if they want to keep it at all costs and not upset their new star. This file will be to follow this summer because it can become a real soap opera staging an auction between Nets and Pistons for a boy seen as a bust at the time of his Draft but who knew how to make his detractors lie. See you shortly to see who leaves with Cameron.

# Kyle Kuzma – Washington Wizards

2022-23 stats: 21.2 points at 44.8% shooting, 7.2 rebounds and 3.7 assists

Statut : Unrestricted agent

Another one who refused his player option. Nearly 13 million dollars going in the trash to negotiate a crazy new contract. No restrictions and therefore many teams on the file. The Wizards having launched their reconstruction, not sure they want to keep their winger at all costs, especially if we are talking about 30 million per year. Other teams seem ready to jump at the chance with the Kuz. The Mavs have been cited, the Jazz should logically withdraw from the table with the arrival of John Collins. The Kings recently came to the news and seem ready to draw. The options are many, but the option of helping rebuild Washington with Jordan Poole after the departure of Bradley Beal is also intriguing. Kyle Kuzma has never hidden that he would see himself staying in DC A fairly vague file at the moment T but it should move quickly.

# Josh Hart – New York Knicks

Stats 2022-23: 9.8 points at 52.9% shooting including 39.8% from distance, 7.8 rebounds, 3.8 assists and 1.2 steals

Status: Player option ($12.9 million)

The Knicks and the former Villanova have agreed to extend the deadline to accept or not the player option until Thursday midnight. For the Manhattan franchise, Josh is one of their priorities for this Free Agency. But if Hart declines his player option at nearly 13 million euros, he would become an unrestricted free agent and the Knicks would lose control of their player. However, at the beginning of June, JH had declared publicly during an interview that he would decline his option in order to be able to negotiate a better pay later. New York does not have the biggest cap space available but intends to increase the offer made to Josh if he were to refuse his option. This new contract could reach 18 million dollars per year, which will limit the financial flexibility of the Knicks thereafter. A bad operation for New York, that’s why they have to push until Thursday midnight to keep their player who arrived in February.

# Dillon Brooks – Memphis Grizzlies

2022-23 stats: 14.3 points at 39.6% shooting, 3.3 rebounds and 2.6 assists

Statut : Unrestricted agent

Well, there we are sure: Dillon Brooks will no longer be a Memphis player next season. The franchise said so, so goodbye to the Didi era with the Grizzlies. Brooks is coming out of his rookie extension to 35 million over three years and his pay is expected to increase further at this Free Agency. On the record, there are quite a few interested franchises like the Rockets, ready to put more than 17 million dollars a year on the former Oregon college. DB would be one of Houston’s first options with Fred VanVleet on this summer transfer window. Texas would therefore be his best option, with the Mavericks also ready to enter the discussion to recover the winger from Memphis. The Bucks would also be interested in the Brooks file but are not at the forefront in the discussions. In short, the Rockets are well advanced to sign Dillon Brooks. What bring a little experience and hustle to the airy center of rockets.

# Miles Bridges – FC Zonzon

2021-22 stats: 20.2 points at 49.1% shooting, 7 rebounds and 3.8 assists

Statut : Restricted agent

Miles Bridges is coming out of his rookie deal… and legal problems for domestic violence. This is why he becomes a free agent this summer and not the previous one as provided for by the lines of his contract. This is also why the Hornets did not take the Qualifying Offer from Miles last summer. Today, the file lands again on the offices of the executives of the NBA, and whoever signs it could take a big gamble on its external image. In 2022, the Bridges camp had refused an offer of $ 60 million over four years to aim much higher, but that will be very inaccessible this year and the refused sum remains the best possible gateway for a return to the NBA. Indeed, Bridges is one of Charlotte’s priorities on this Free Agency and will be a nice profile to add alongside 2023 Draft No. 2 Brandon Miller. MB wants to come back to North Carolina, also with PJ Washington Jr., another hot file to manage for the Hornets board. Charlotte will have to take out the checkbook this summer, both in contracts and in marketing operations to improve her image with her fans.

But also : Kelly Oubre Jr., KJ Martin, Talen Horton-Tucker, Torrey Craig, Joe Ingles, Yuta Watanabe, Jeff Green, Jae Crowder, Cam Reddish, Troy Brown, Terrence Ross, TJ Warren, Keita Bates-Diop, Will Barton…
