An expert has listed the best fuel-efficient family cars on the market.
Motorists have been looking for ways to cut their fuel bills this year, with record petrol and diesel prices decimating budgets at a time when other household bills are already at record highs.

It should then take another reading, which should tell drivers how many miles they’ve traveled since the last fill-up. These figures, they should divide them by the total number of liters they need to fill the tank with fuel.
Aidan Rushby, CEO of Carmoola, said having a fuel-efficient car combustible it is essential to ensure that everyone also has the convenience of traveling from one place to another.
Speaking for Express.co.uk, he said: “When buying a car, it is important to know the consumption of liters per kilometer. Knowing a car’s mileage will give you an idea of how fuel efficient it is, how much you might need to spend on petrol or diesel and whether you should opt for a electric car or hybrid.
Consumption can also help you compare different ones family cars, so you can calculate and budget your fuel expenses. This is easier if you also know your average mileage. With a little math, you’ll be able to know which family car is the most practical for your driving needs.”
