The long weekend of Christmas Eve and Boxing Day is coming, which – in addition to the traditional family lunches and dinners – will be full of events throughout the province, including nativity scenes, markets, exhibitions, food stands and much more Still.
In the city, on December 25, admission to the Tosio Martinengo Art Gallery and to the exhibitions of the Santa Giulia Museum will be free for all visitors. From 26 December (until 1 January), entry to the civic museums will instead be free for visitors born and/or resident in Brescia.
Also in the city, the carousel of vintage horses and the ice skating rink will remain set up in Piazza Mercato until 6 January. The carousel will be open from 10 to 20 on public holidays, while the track will be accessible every day from 10.30 to 23.
The complete list of events is available on our page “What to do in the city“, but – like every week – we have chosen the best ones especially for you: here is our selection, and have fun everyone!
