- A Boston Dynamics robot crushes its creators
You may have already seen several Boston Dynamics videos. What the hell, you might even be one of his two million subscribers on Youtube. However, this morning you may have seen on Twitter that everyone was talking about Do You Love Me and Skynet. One thing would not have to do with the other. On the one hand there is the eighties song of The Counters and, on the other, the technology company that makes up the robotic apocalypse of the saga Terminator.
We have already passed that rebellion of the machines that the saga has been delaying as John Connor and company did their work. Also, why not say so, because we progress, both for better and for worse, much slower than we anticipated. First you have to get the smartphones last more than two years without becoming idiots and then as they become aware of themselves and eliminate us. However, this 2020 has made many think that it could be the year. We already know that misfortunes never come alone and we can’t think of a “better year” for Skynet to raise awareness and rebel against humanity. A viral feeling that has increased the end of the year like Effect 2000.
And yet, everything has come together in a Boston Dynamics video to congratulate the parties in which their robots simply dance, they do it in an enviable way in a clip seen by millions of people in a few hours. As already commented on Twitter, if Skynet really was this, then so be it.
