Nobody is aware that for many years, the best cyclists in the international peloton have their trip to the island marked in red during the year. They get in touch with me, we talk and as we go we reach an agreement and start the collaboration “.

During this year of a pandemic, many have been the health protocols that govern the day-to-day life of cyclists and their coaches and trusted personnel. The same thing happened with Adrián: “They have some security protocols for COVID and a work protocol, they show me, we understand each other quickly and we started to go up to the Parador. Before going up every day I had to do an antigen test and send it to him To the team doctor, he gave me authorization so that I could go up and treat them. They have a protocol that, depending on the coach’s wishes, we planned two or three massage sessions – physiotherapy a week. I arrived at the Parador, they had their turn prepared of cyclists and every 40-45 minutes one came with his sheets, towels and others and explained what was wrong with him “.

Adrián will not forget this experience, since at a professional level it has been gratifying to feel like one more of the team for several weeks, but he also highlighted his interview on Radio Club Tenerife, the personal treatment of the cyclists: “Working with the DSM, a professional team in All its structures are a real marvel. Especially because they don’t leave anything to chance, everything is planned, they have protocols for everything and in the end it makes my job and that of cyclists much easier “, to which he added:” The treatment With Romain Bardet, Nicolas Roche, Chris Hamilton and James Hindley it has been exceptional. They are true professionals and titans on the bike. Personally, the treatment with them has been unbeatable, even many days before starting the sessions we had coffee and shared routes that they did not know. for them to do it. This experience has been the first with this team and I think it will not be the last because they were very happy, “he concluded.
