2023 has been a chaotic year for the professional CS scene. This season, not only teams delighted us with unexpected reshuffles – Valve has finally released a new version of the shooter. The transition can hardly be called smooth, because ordinary gamers and esports athletes are still finding bugs and shortcomings. Nevertheless, CS2 shook up the community, adding an endless number of topics for all kinds of discussions – from disputes about the “too childish” design of some maps to a detailed study of the work of the subtik. Discussions continued as to who was the best player to adapt to CS2’s new mechanics. And in order to overcome all the disputes and disagreements (or, conversely, just irritate the haters and fans of eSports players), we decided to hold a vote and find out who you think is the best CS player in 2023. The short list included eSports players who managed to receive MVP at major tournaments on the new version of the shooter, as well as highly rated players. Fitting everyone in one vote is impossible, so if we suddenly forgot your favorite, feel free to write his nickname in the comments.
