On the occasion of the issuance of the Best Bakery in France broadcast at the moment, the Meilleur Ouvrier de France, Bruno Cormerais, went last Wednesday to the bakery House Cloarec, located in Saint Herblain, near Nantes. The theme during this visit was around the Label Rouge baguette, the Trifle.
The show’s presenter and Meilleur Ouvrier de France expressed his great satisfaction facing this beautiful bakery, with a well-stocked and very tidy display with its pastries, sandwiches and special breads, 100% homemade. This young bakery, open since March 24, 2021, has been awarded two great prizes: that of best butter croissant and the price of second best baguette in Loire-Atlantique (it is also one of the 170 French bakeries with the Label Rouge label).
