This was revealed by a recent study by the real estate agency Redfin, according to which a record number of potential home buyers in the US. is looking to relocate and listed the cities that were most likely to lose potential buyers.

THE 5 CITIES THAT ARE LOSING THE MOST HOME BUYERS

  1. SAN FRANCISCO: a typical home can cost more than $1.5 million and interest rates of about 5% are making mortgages even more expensive.
  2. THE ANGELS: many are considering moving to less expensive cities like San Diego or Phoenix, Arizona.
  3. NEW YORK: It is still one of the most expensive cities and many would leave it for destinations like Philadelphia.
  4. WASHINGTON DC: 16% of potential buyers are looking for properties in cities like Salisbury, Maryland.
  5. SEATLE: 17% of potential buyers have shown interest in moving to other destinations such as Phoenix, Arizona.
