The clinical nutrition consultant explained that thyme contains thymol, a natural biological compound that plays a major role in treating menstrual disorders.
It was revealed that the compound thymol, available in thyme, contributes to regulating the menstrual cycle and preventing early menopause, because its effect inside the body is very similar to the female hormone “estrogen.”

Naji pointed out that thyme is also effective in alleviating digestive disorders that women suffer during the menstrual cycle, such as nausea, vomiting, flatulence, and gas.
