Fall asleep earlier

According to sleep scientist Mike Gradisar, it can even help you fall asleep. “To fall asleep well you need warmth,” he explains in the American magazine PopSugar. “Some people get cold feet very quickly, so wearing socks in bed can be a solution for them.”

He does recommend choosing good quality socks, preferably made of wool. This fabric is warm, but breathes well. According to Gradisar, it is also important that the socks are not too tight. “This can have a negative impact on your circulation.”

Wearing socks to bed during menopause
