To give a special flavor, you can also add a pinch of cinnamon or a few nuts. Ideally, you should let the cereal soak in milk overnight in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place and eat it in the morning with fresh fruit on top. Oatmeal with yogurt You can mix oatmeal with yogurt and a teaspoon of honey, as well as a handful of berries. This mixture should be consumed immediately after it is prepared or at least within the next 2-3 hours. If you’re always on the run in the morning, you can put the oatmeal and washed berries in a container, and the box of yogurt and bananas, as well as honey separately, to consume at the office. Warm oatmeal Put a cup of your usual cow’s or vegetable milk in a small pot, together with a third of a cup of oatmeal, and bring to a boil over low heat. When the pot starts to boil, gently stir the porridge with a wooden spoon to avoid lumps. Stir slowly for 3-4 minutes, then remove the porridge from the heat and season it with a little salt, a pinch of cinnamon, nuts, honey or whatever else you want on top of it. Skin care
Combating blackheads
– 2 tablespoons of oatmeal, three tablespoons of plain yogurt and the juice of half a lemon.
The ingredients are mixed well to obtain a homogeneous composition, after which it is applied to the T-zone – forehead, nose and chin, the areas where blackheads often appear. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes, then rinse your face with lukewarm water. The mask can be applied 2-3 times a week.
Mask for sensitive skin
– 3 tablespoons of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of warm water, 1 tablespoon of honey. We use the blender to turn the ingredients into a paste. The mask is applied to clean skin, previously washed with warm water to open the pores. Let it dry, then remove it using warm water.
