2- Yogurt is of great importance to the health of the digestive system when pregnant, as it is rich in probiotics, which contribute to maintaining the balance of the intestinal microbiome, which improves bowel movement and facilitates digestion and excretion.

3- A pregnant woman becomes less susceptible to infectious diseases when consuming yogurt, because probiotics help strengthen her immune system and enhance her ability to fight microbes.

4- Yogurt reduces a pregnant woman’s feeling of fatigue and exhaustion, because it provides the body with energy, vitality, and activity, thanks to its good content of protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.
