When you win the Euromillions, you are obviously free to do what you want with your money. A few days ago, the Belgian who won 149 million euros had also expressed her desires now that she is rich.

We learn via the newspaper De Tijd that a Euromillions winner, who lives in the province of Antwerp, has decided to put the apartment he owned in Knokke up for sale because he prefers to live abroad. But while it may be a good time to buy an apartment on the Coast, real estate on the North Sea is no less expensive.

Here, the apartment in question sits along the sea wall in the luxury One Carlton complex. It offers a 360-degree view and its 350 m² surface area is surrounded by a terrace which allows you to enjoy the sun at any time (when it is there, which is not necessarily the case this year).
Its price? 18 million euros! This is 1.5 million less than the price asked to potential buyers, but it remains a record. It is, so far, the most expensive real estate in the country. It’s still 45,000 euros per square meter. Knokke has been the most expensive city in the country to buy a property for several years, but it still remains a huge budget!
But let the new owners rest assured. For that price, they also have four garage boxes for two cars each, a fifth reserved parking space under Place Albert, a sauna, a shared swimming pool with sea view…
