David Tobing, as the attorney for seven DFSK customers, said that the lawsuit was not just filed by DFSK customers, but had previously gone through a process to find solutions to the problems that occurred.
It’s just that, until now there has been no solution to the cases experienced by the seven owners of four-wheeled vehicles.
“So some consumers have filed complaints, some have even been repaired but the obstacles remain. There are those that fit outside the city, also in malls, so this keeps repeating itself, “David told Kompas.com, Friday (4/12/2020).
David added, complaints have also been filed by consumers during routine servicing, but there has been no resolution.

“So the point is that until now there is no solution even though improvements have been made. If there is an explanation there software CVT is about to be upgraded, improvements have never been realized, it doesn’t change the situation, ”he said.
Before the lawsuit was filed, David said, the defendant only found no solution to the problems experienced by consumers from the meeting.
According to him, the car purchased by his clients had hidden defects considering that the vehicle could not be used for uphill roads.
Moreover, the car has a passenger capacity of seven people, so the car’s power should also be adjusted to its maximum load.
“This means that passenger capacity can be a factor in engine capacity. There is no reason for the car to object and it cannot go uphill if it is filled with seven people, there is another complaint that even two people cannot climb, this is a hidden defect, ”he said.
