The channel broadcasts the film The beautiful sparkdirected by Hervé Mimran (Everything that shines) with Bernard Campan (from the trio of Unknowns) in the main role. He plays the starred chef Philippe Lamarck, parachuted into charge of the kitchens of the restaurant “La belle sparkle”, while his image is tarnished by a controversy.

This is why she hired several employees with cognitive disabilities. Disconcerted at first, the chef will be especially upset by this adventure.
In this film, Bernard Campan plays opposite Mélanie Doutey and Lionnel Astier. François-Régis Gaudry even appears in his own role as gastronomic critic. A subject that is particularly close to the heart of its producer, Fabien Goldstein, father of an autistic child who found his way precisely in this Parisian restaurant, opening in 2021.

Because this fiction is inspired by a true story. The restaurant “La belle sparkle” really exists. It is located in the 15th arrondissement of Paris and was born in 2021 on an idea from the association Extraordinary springboard, an association which aims to promote the professional and social integration of disabled people. Among the establishment’s 12 employees, eight are aged 18 to 31 and have disabilities (autism spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, etc.). Like Café Joyeux and Le Reflet, which are also establishments hiring people with disabilities. And they are all worth the detour!
