The beating of TNI Soldiers, Kompolnas: Moge Riders Don’t Feel Exclusive! : National Okezone

JAKARTA – The attack on two soldiers of the Intel Kodim 0304 / Agam was carried out by a gang of Harley Owners Group (HOG) motorcycle clubs in Siliwangi Bandung Chapter. At least four people have been named as suspects in the incident.

Regarding this, Commissioner of the National Police Commission (Kompolnas) Pudji Hartanto hopes that this incident will not happen again. He also asked big motorbike clubs (moge) or the like when doing touring must keep the traffic discipline.

“Then, Article 135 states that for the purposes of Article 134 the convoy must be guarded by members of the National Police, use signal lights, the signs do not apply to motorized vehicles that have primary rights, and the police are obliged to secure it,” said the former head of the National Police Corps.

He continued, motorbike riders must comply with the speed limit and have ethics when driving. So don’t feel as an exclusive group.

The victim turned out to be a member of the Intel Kodim 0304 / Agam. They are Serda Mis and Serda MY who work in the Intel Kodim 0304 / Agam, West Sumatra.

As a result of the beating, Serda MIS suffered a ruptured upper lip, while Serda MY had bruises on the back of the head. After the incident, the two TNI AD non-commissioners were immediately taken to the Army Hospital to get treatment for the injuries they had suffered.
