The Bärentrail was created 6 years ago and has recently been expanded.
The new 2-day loop to Groß Gerungs was opened in June 2021 and now makes the Bärentrail a veritable long-distance hiking trail with well over 100 hikable kilometers. We are pleased that the innovative project to revitalize tourism is developing so well and has been so successfully accepted.
