By adding Dr. Dirk Buschle to the partnership, the BBH Group is raising its European and international profile. The lawyer is an experienced player in European energy policy. As Deputy Director and Head of the Legal Department of the Secretariat of the European Energy Community, Buschle is more knowledgeable than almost anyone else about energy law and policy at the European level. The lawyer has advised and supported numerous states, companies and organizations on energy market reforms. He also teaches European energy and climate policy at the renowned College of Europe in Bruges and Natolin. Buschle is supported in Brussels by Senior Policy Advisor and Partner Counsel Dirk Hendricks and team.
