The 56-year-old actuary Musialik will bundle market-related activities such as product management, risk and benefit assessment and portfolio management in his department. His new role will be more closely integrated with all sales activities to help achieve business goals. Musialik has been with the company since 2012 as head of the product competence center and, in his new function, also reports to the CEO, Herbert Schneidemann, who is responsible for the life division.
