Warner Bros. UK released a new synopsis for Matt Reeves‘ The Batman It teases the presence of a disillusioned and desperate Dark Knight.
The new synopsis shows that this version of The Batman is going to be a pretty remarkable one. One that seems to have completely lost it, even more so than some of its previous incarnations.

This is further evident from the new synopsis:
The Batman is an edgy, action-packed thriller that shows Batman in his early years. He struggles to balance his anger with justice as he investigates a staggering mystery that terrorizes Gotham. Robert Pattinson delivers a raw, intense version of Batman – a disillusioned, desperate vigilante who begins to realize that the anger that consumes him doesn’t make him any better than the ruthless serial killer he hunts.”
That internal conflict of Batman is clearly put more central than we are used to from previous incarnations.
