The bather who died on a beach in Barbate is a well-known actor

On Sunday afternoon, a swimmer died on Zahora beach in Barbate, and not in Los Caños de Meca, as initially reported. Several witnesses called 112 at around 5.30 pm to report that a man had been pulled out of the water with symptoms of drowning.

The 112 call center activated the 061 Emergency Health Center (CES), the Civil Guard, the Local Police and the Beach Service. The paramedics dispatched to the scene confirmed the death of the man, whose identity was revealed on Monday.
