The basins of La Rioja have increased their reserves in the last week and are currently at 29.4%, up from 28.7 last week, according to the latest report from the Hydrographic Confederation of the Ebro (CHE).
The percentages range from 28.5 percent for Pajares to 18.8 percent for González Lacasa, passing through 41.1 percent for the Mansilla basin.
Specifically, the Mansilla Reservoir, which has a capacity of 67.7 cubic hectometres, has 27.8 cubic hectometres, which means it is at 41.1%. In this way, it has increased by 1.44 cubic hectometres in the last week. Compared to a year ago, it has 11.64 cubic hectometres less.
The Pajares reservoir, which has a total capacity of 35.2 cubic hectometres, today has 10 cubic hectometres, which means it is at 28.5%. In one week it fell by 0.12 cubic hectometres. Compared to a year ago, it has 0.05 cubic hectometres more.
Finally, the González Lacasa reservoir, with a capacity of 32.9 cubic hectometres, has a volume of 6.2 cubic hectometres, which means that it is at 18.8%. Therefore, its capacity has increased by 0.12 cubic hectometers in the last week. Compared to a year ago, it has 4.99 cubic hectometres less.
