The man who barricaded himself in the capital’s Lyulin district in early May was detained again. He was released from Alexandrovska Hospital on Monday, police told NOVA.
When he returned, however, he went wild again and threw glass at his neighbors. The police took him away this evening around 10:30 p.m.
The first signals of threat from the man came on May 1, when he barricaded himself in his apartment for 3 days. Then he targeted his neighbors with stoves and gas cylinders. The 35-year-old man is a former prisoner, with numerous criminal acts and a proven mental illness.
