In a conversation with “Kas Jauns” edition, Brikmanis reveals that he has dreamed of his own restaurant since he was young.

Well, a bar and summer terrace opened its doors in the center of Riga, named after the group, namely “Dziļi violets”. “We carried bags of peat ourselves and planted with black hands, because we wanted this place to be truly our own creation,” says Brikmanis.

“We will be present here also when we are at concerts. At other times, we will also work behind the bar counter. The bar is full of musical instruments, and regular acoustic concerts shine for our guests,” promises “Dziļi violetas” soloist Brikmanis.

Musician Ralph Eiland, visiting the new bar, reveals to his Instagram followers that the bar’s drink menu includes a cocktail in his honor.

In response to the short story, one Eiland follower expressed his excitement at the honor, writing, “Now I can say I was high on Ralph Eiland the night before.”

The picture shows that not only Eiland’s name is on the drink menu – there are also cocktails in honor of the group “Dziļi violetas”, Kaspars Breidaks, DJ Kārlis Ķilkutas, Jānis Skutelis, Sanda Dejus, Aiv Ceriņas.

“Shotu” drinks are named in honor of Baiba Sipeniece-Gavare, Kozmen and Vija’s aunt.
