The MojeBanka banking application does not work for some clients of Komerční banka, confirmed the bank’s spokeswoman Šárka Nevoralová. According to her, the outage is not widespread and extensive, it affects dozens of clients at most. Their money is not at risk. The new KB+ app works without a problem, she added.
“Colleagues are already working intensively on correcting the technical problem. We do not have a specific time estimate available at the moment, however, we are doing everything to rectify the situation in the shortest possible time frame,” said Nevoralová.
“We apologize to the clients for the complications and ask for their patience. Of course, they don’t have to worry about their finances, this is purely a technical problem,” she added.
