After Bellakath denied that he plagiarized the song “Gatita”, the legal firm Legal Master announced who will sue the Mexican singer for the similarities between the song “El hueso de mi perra” by the band Son de AK.
“Civil and criminal legal actions were initiated, aimed at compensating the material and non-pecuniary damage to which the members of the musical group SON DE AK, from the city of Cali – Colombia, have been exposed, due to and on the occasion of “PLAGIA” and “UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION” of the musical work called “EL HUESO DE MI PERRA”, says the statement.
Likewise, the document indicates that after an analysis with experts in the field, similar elements were detected between the song of Son by AK and that of “Gatita” by Bellakath.
“It has been determined that the musical work has similar elements in its rhythm, melodic notes, chords and bars, similarities in the chorus that allows special recall, repetitiveness and recognizability, in addition to its grammatical and phonetic constructions of the same context as the musical work called “KITTEN”, the message continues.
It was also revealed that Bellakath, his music producer Alexito Mix and his mother Hilda Díaz, who is also a representative of the singer, are being investigated for plagiarism of the song.
