The band “Rami Riti” invites to their biggest open-air concert of the summer with a new song

The group “Rami Riti” has started work on their fifth studio album and with a video for the song “Riti, riti rīta rasa” goes to the audience, inviting to its most ambitious open-air concert this summer “Avotu guni kūra”.

The concert will take place in one of the most picturesque places in Vidzeme – at the Zvārte rock, on the bank of the Amata river. It will feature both brand new and listeners’ favorite Rami Riti songs from previous albums. Cellist Undīne Balode and kokle performer Zane Snikere will take part in the concert as special guests.

The new song “Riti, riti rīta rasa” has very strong lyrics that everyone can sing with and intensify – both at the beginning of a new day and to celebrate the time of the magical solstice. “As the song embodies the code of strength, one of Latvia’s strengths, the picturesque side of Turaida, was chosen for its visual outfit, outside the usual tourist trails, where the green forest in all its glory and naturalness,” informs the group. Photographer and video operator Mārtiņš Plūme went on this adventure together with “Rami Riti”.

The author of the musical idea of ​​the song and the creator of the lyrics is the leading vocalist of the group Inese Kozuliņa, but the arrangement has been made in collaboration with the other members of the group – Mārtiņš Miļevskis, Ivars Štubis, Alisa Klimanska and Kalvi Vītols. The recording was made in collaboration with sound director Aigars Gravers in the studio “Jump Sound”.
