Vitória de Guimarães returned, four days later (two draws and two defeats), to victories in the League. At D. Afonso Henriques, the people from Guimarães received and beat Estoril, by 3-1, in a game of the 19th round.
Still in the first half, at 29′, André Franco, with a beautiful left-footed shot, gave Bruno Pinheiro’s team an advantage, but Vitória de Guimarães managed to turn the tables around in the second half.
At 61′, with an extraordinary shot from outside the area, Rochinha made the tie and the turnaround was sealed by forward Oscar Estupiñán, at 69′, in an opportune shot inside the penalty area. Already in the last of the four minutes of additional time, the Colombian scored twice, pushing close to the goal for 3-1 after a cut by Bernardo Vital to the post.
With these three points, Vitória de Guimarães reaches 6th place, with 27 points, and surpasses Estoril (25 points, still one game behind) in the standings.
