THE BALL – There is already a name to succeed Ranieri (England)

King dead, king set. After Watford, 19th in the Premier League, announced, this Monday, the termination with the Italian Claudio Ranieri (a victory in the last eight games), the British press has already advanced with the name of the successor.

It is the veteran English coach Roy Hodgson, 74 years old, without a club since the end of last season, having ended up at the helm of Crystal Palace.

The former England coach will be the third coach of the vespas this season (Ranieri had succeeded the Spaniard Xisco Muñoz, who lasted seven days) and is expected this Tuesday at Vicarage Road.
