THE BALL – «The hardest pornography»

Miguel Ángel Revilla, president of the Cantabria region, in northern Spain, did not like to see the images of the gifts offered to Cristiano Ronaldo at Christmas, namely the Rolls Royce Dawn, one of the latest models of the British brand, which costs more than 330 thousand EUR.

At a time when the Spanish government has just approved yet another package of measures to alleviate the economic crisis, the mayor underlined:

“This is a time where people are having a very bad time and there are things that seem pornographic, like the gifts the woman gave Ronaldo. I asked for some modesty for these things to be shown on television. Morally, given what people are going through, this kind of attitude feels like hardcore pornography.
