Basketball player Montrezl Harrell, 28, will face trial on July 13 after being arrested in possession of more than a kilo of marijuana in his car.
Harrell, arrested May 12 in Kentucky, faces up to five years in prison after finishing his seventh season in the NBA. He played for the Houston Rockets, Washington Wizards, Los Angeles Clippers and Los Angeles Lakers and is currently linked to the Charlotte Hornets.
Last season he averaged 13.1 points and 6.1 rebounds per game with 64.5% success.
