Rúben Fonseca was announced as a reinforcement of the B team of SC Braga. The 21-year-old forward was trained at Benfica and has played for Tondela in recent years, a club for which he played three official games for the main team this season. The loan contract is valid until the end of the season, but the warriors have the option to buy outright.
“I am really happy. I’ve played several times against SC Braga, but being here is special. It’s a big club, a club that has been growing and I’m delighted to be here. I was surprised because I wasn’t expecting it, but when things were settled I was happy and proud”, said Rúben Fonseca to Organs official bodies of the Minho club.
“I am a striker who likes to help the team, both finishing and building the game. However, it’s the ending that stands out to me the most. I want to adapt as quickly as possible and help the team with good performances and goals. I’m going to give my life, I’ll give it all on the pitch because that’s something that characterizes me», promises the young striker.
