Away from the pitch since 29 November last year, following a skull fracture suffered in a shock starring David Luiz, Mexican striker Raúl Jiménez is unlikely to play again this season.
The former Benfica player, who recently turned 30, already works as part of the Wolverhampton squad and has scheduled an appointment with a specialist for this Tuesday to see if he can work without any limitation.
Even so, according to the British newspaper The Telegraph, the Mexican striker will hardly be used by Wolves coach Nuno Espírito Santo in the last two Premier League games, against Everton (Wednesday) and Manchester United (Sunday). The idea will be to ensure that Jiménez is fully fit and available for the next season.
