The Sacramentos Kings beat the Boston Celtics, 100-67, and won their second Summer League title. The Portuguese Neemias Queta was part of the initial five and played 14 minutes, but ended the match with a discreet record: one point, five rebounds, one assist, two losses of the ball and five fouls.
Louis King, with 21 points, was the Sacramento team’s top scorer.
On the other side, also in the starting five, Angolan post Bruno Fernando finished the match with nine points, two rebounds and an assist, while Carsen Edwards stood out as the Celtics’ top scorer with 15 points.
“I feel that everything we did during the Summer League will be reflected in the regular phase. We have new players, new faces, and we have to trust each other», said Louis King, elected MVP of the meeting.
It is the Kings’ second Summer League title (won for the first time in 2014), becoming the team with the most trophies in this pre-season competition played in Las Vegas.
