The quarter-finals of the Polish Cup were associated with an important milestone for Josué: the Portuguese midfielder paved the way for Legia Warsaw to qualify in the 400th game of his career.
The FC Porto-trained footballer scored his team’s first goal (22′) in the 2-0 victory over Leczna, and also assisted for the second, scored by Muci (86′).
Josué achieves a round number in his professional career, with stints in 12 clubs (FC Porto, Covilhã, Penafiel, Venlo, Paços de Ferreira, Bursaspor, SC Braga, Galatasaray, Osmanlispor, Akhisar, Hapoel Beer Sheva and Legia Warsaw) and in three national teams (U-20, U-21 and A).
